Joining the SPCA as a member entitles you to participate in the Society's annual general meeting and to be nominated onto the Executive Committee.

SPCA Office is open Mon-Sat: 8am - 4.30pm    

The office is closed on Sunday except for appointments pre-arranged for adoptions and emergency visits.

Veterinary consultations and surgery are by appointment and we appreciate no walk-ins unless an absolute emergency.  Non-emergency walk-ins may require a long wait time and incur a walk-in fee.

If you do not reach someone, then send a text message, which allows front office staff to field calls as efficiently as possible.

For after hours emergencies only, send a TEXT to 9922634

After hours means: Mon-Sat from 6pm to 10pm and on Sundays from 8am to 10pm. This phone is not monitored outside these hours.

While we try to maintain strict office hours unforeseen circumstances sometimes dictate earlier or later opening and closing - please always check our social media for updates.
