Participate Virtually !

If you cannot join us at Albert Park, you can still register and participate from wherever you are! 


Simply register and follow the team on Facebook. 

Send us pictures of your walk on FB Messenger and we will share on the 1000 Paws Facebook and Instagram pages.

Walk your pet around your compound or in some other safe area such as a park.

Is your pet the most obedient pet ever? Show us what she/he can do!

You can also participate in the pet fancy dress competition. Just take care that your pet is comfortable in his or her costume.
 

Cats can participate virtually too!


All you need to do is:

  1. Register. On the registration form, tick "I will participate virtually". The deadline to register is 6.00am 28 April 2024.

  2. The virtual event will open on Wednesday 24 April at 10am. (We will send you a reminder when we start accepting virtual submissions.)

  3. Take pictures of your own walk/pet in costume, and send them to us on FB Messenger.

  4. Follow the event via livestream on FB on 28 April (Suva time).

SPCA Office is open Mon-Sat: 8am - 4.30pm    

The office is closed on Sunday except for appointments pre-arranged for adoptions and emergency visits.

Veterinary consultations and surgery are by appointment and we appreciate no walk-ins unless an absolute emergency.  Non-emergency walk-ins may require a long wait time and incur a walk-in fee.

For after hours emergencies only, send a TEXT to 9922634

After hours means: Mon-Sat from 6pm to 10pm and on Sundays from 8am to 10pm. This phone is not monitored outside these hours.

While we try to maintain strict office hours unforeseen circumstances sometimes dictate earlier or later opening and closing - please always check our social media for updates.
